White Georges Jules Sandoz dial with painted black Arabic hour markers with sub seconds dial. Keyless mechanical manual wind movement by LeCoultre & Cie with 17 jewels. Case back has a beautiful relief of a man holding a bow and arrow over a village scene in St. Gallen, Switzerland. The cuvette has a shield with a bear and an ax. The side edge of the case is in pink gold plate. Accompanied by the original fitted presentation pocketwatch box and the original Sandoz certificate. The presentation box has wear to the exterior and is in fair condition. Approximate diameter is 55mm. Crystal has some crazing. Case has a minor dent near the top center edge. Has patina and some discoloration which is which can be expected due to its age. The pocketwatch has superficial scratches due to normal wear and age. The overall condition is good. Running at the time of inspection, however not checked for accuracy nor water resistance/proofness. An overhaul is always recommended for used watches.
